We strive to deliver timely, relevant news stories to your clients, and always with the message that they can feel confident to reach out to your firm to help them give solid, reliable mortgage & protection advice based on their individual circumstances.

We would arrange for the Newsletter to be sent to all of your clients, using the data provided on the 360 Dotnet system. The minimum criteria is for clients to have a valid email address, be aged over 18 years, and to have made a property transaction with you and have opted in to receive marketing.

Once you sign up to the Newsletter, we will handle the relevant data transfer for you, so there’s no need to worry about coordinating any lists of clients, we take care of the hard work for you. At the same time, if there’s any clients who wouldn’t want to take part, just let us know and we can remove them from the list, or they are welcome to click the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the footer of the email any time they wish.

One of the best features of the Newsletter is that it’s entirely branded to your business, and clients will see your firm name in their inbox every month.

The header and footer banners feature your company logo, colour scheme and contact details, giving clients the appearance that the email is from your firm, even though it’s co-ordinated by HLPartnership. We place ‘Contact Us’ links and contact details for your firm inside the email that link through to your own email addresses and website, for a seamless customer journey. 

All you have to do is to share with us a copy of your company logo, and our design team will do the rest; creating a set of matching header and footer banners branded to your firm, that are shown on the email to clients, and on the website that contains the full Newsletter articles themselves.

The main benefit of the consistent branding is to drive client engagement – boosting the profile of your mortgage advice & protection business during the increasingly long times between remortgages and giving clients a reason to engage with your brand.
